Shipping and Handling FAQ

Shipping and Turn around Time information:

TAT will begin once we all correct format files for printing, if we do have to reach out for any seamless files or file issues turn around time will not begin until we receive them. 

The most up to date TAT will be at the top of the homescreen and on order receipt at checkout

We will not combine orders, this is to ensure that we get orders out as soon as possible and in the order we received them in. 

Shipping FAQ:

Choosing expedited or faster shipping only ensures the carrieir will get to you ASAP. it does not mean we will rush or expedite a order.

Once a order is shipped any issues will be on the carriers side. Labels are printed on the day of pick up/drop off is our company policy to make sure there are no packages going out late.

if any issue do occur after shipping is marked succeful drop off it is a carreir issue not something on our end. however if there are any major delays please reach out via email at jvcustomfabrics@gmail.com
